Basketball is a universal language, but professional growth requires English language skills. To strengthen our foundation at the Sphoorti Center, Hyderabad, an intensive 4-day communication skills training was conducted for 11 coaches at the Sphoorti Center. The training focuses on enhancing communication skills in English and enabling coaches to effectively represent basketball concepts.
The training included 12 structured lessons (20 hours) designed around basketball-based content, enabling coaches to communicate in English while coaching.
This training ensures that coaches can communicate as effectively as they play, bridging the gap between their basketball and professional skills. It didn’t just improve their vocabulary but also built their confidence.
By the end of this program empowered coaches with both language skills and professional confidence.
