Book a Smile

BookASmile, a charity initiative by BookMyShow (Leading Entertainment Destination) started supporting Hi 5’s municipal school basketball training program in Mumbai from 2017-18. Their belief in our mission not just led them to support the basketball program but to also extend it to create sports infrastructure in Mumbai Govt. Municipal schools. Since the inception of our association, we have been able to bring many smiles on the face of 1000+ disadvantaged children and their communities. The BAS team has also supported courts at multiple government school locations and have been the key supporter to Hi 5 throughout. Beyond the funder-donor relationship, we have seen the BAS team supporting us in multiple ways to ensure that children and their families are being positively impacted through our work. They have also gone ahead and provided our children an avenue of joy through sponsoring tickets for movies and shows, giving them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience such events.

BookASmile & Hi 5 Youth Foundation’s association started in 2017 and our partnership has been growing ever since. It’s heart-warming to see these children beating all odds and treading on the path to success with sports, especially through basketball, as a medium of change. It is our constant endeavor to support and enrich the lives of those from marginalised backgrounds and provide them with an opportunity for holistic development, which we believe resonates with the work undertaken by Hi 5 Foundation as well. The success stories of Hi 5 students is an inspiration for those young talents who are looking to conquer life with undying grit and determination.
