Pathways to Success
Pathways to Success is a youth development program by Hi5 Youth Foundation designed to help underprivileged children build a brighter future beyond basketball. It provides academic guidance, career support, and financial assistance to help them move towards long-term success.
As part of this commitment, we prepare children for real-world opportunities through part-time work, internships, and hands-on experience, ensuring they are truly job-ready and career-ready. Making them job-ready is a key objective of Pathways to Success, equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed for long-term success.
The Pathways to Success program at Hi 5 actively supports students in education, career readiness, and job placement through:
Academic counseling & subject support to help students stay on track.

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at the Hi 5 Pragati Center to boost language proficiency.
Specialized English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction at the Hi 5 Pragati Center and BMC schools cultivating fluency and confidence in global communication
College admission & financial aid assistance to help students transition smoothly into higher education.
Support with college applications and financial aid, making higher education more accessible and within reach.
Internships & part-time work opportunities to provide real-world job experience.
Structured internships and part-time employment opportunities, providing industry exposure and practical workplace experience.
