At the Hi 5 Headquarters, we recently wrapped up a high-intensity Level 1 communication skills training, marking a major achievement in the professional development of our coaching staff. Professionalism begins with confidence and the ability to communicate and lead.

The program gave our coaches training to improve their communication. It aims to enable coaches to understand simple spoken and written messages, follow basic instructions, and communicate effectively using familiar vocabulary.

Each coach showed their dedication to their own growth and understanding that a confident and professional coach can lead a stronger team.

A group of 10 coaches participated in this intensive training, conducted over six days (six hours each day) at the Hi 5 Headquarters. The curriculum was thoughtfully tailored for Level 1 coaches, with a focus on building strong foundational communication skills.

At the end of the program, to celebrate their hard work and discipline, certificates were awarded for 100% attendance. We are also proud to announce our Best Performer Awards, which were presented to Akshay Dhinda and Ragini Kewat for their exceptional engagement and progress throughout their sessions.
