Hi 5 Summer Slam 2026

After concluding a month-long duration of an intensive and grueling Summer Camp of 90+ hours, it was time to put the training to test!

Hi 5 Summer Slam is a structured competitive tournament organized at the end of the Summer Camp for children to showcase their skills and leadership developed during the camp training.

A total of 86 matches across Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh with 116 teams were played in the U-12, U-14 and U-16 boy and girl categories respectively.

This tournament helps our children accelerate their learning, enhancing overall performance and helps our coaches to assess the child’s strength marking areas of growth and development.

We were honored as we were joined courtside for the Maharashtra Summer Slam finale match by many basketball enthusiasts and veterans to boost the morale and confidence of our children, inspiring them to push themselves towards victory.

Mr. Shailesh Fulsunge (Chairman – Palghar District Basketball Association and Indian Masters Games Federation, a veteran player for over 3 decades and also serves as General Secretary of Masters Games and Sports Association, Maharashtra, has been associated with Hi5 for over 10 years. He deeply appreciated the growth of the organization in terms of nurturing students from players to coaches and has expressed his continued support even in the future.

We were fortunate to welcome Mr. Bilal Khan and Mr. Mohammed Taha Khan from the Nagpada Basketball Association. With over 20 years as a basketball player and more than a decade of coaching experience, Mr. Mohammed Taha Khan applauded the athleticism, discipline, and sportsmanship displayed by our young children, while also appreciating the seamless execution of the tournament.

Mr. Arjun Iyer (Partner & Head Marketing-Om Electronics Corporation) , having closely observed our work for sometime now endorsed his support with Hi 5 and also enjoyed learning some basketball moves with the children on court.

Their encouragement reaffirmed the impact of creating meaningful opportunities for young children to grow through sport.

We also had a few valued well-wishers like Ms. Shruti Jain Arya (Director – RNV Foundation) who came to witness the game first- hand.

Our distinguished guests were inspired by the remarkable talent showcased by the participants and proudly presented the trophies during the closing prize distribution ceremony.
